URBAN & CIVIC
(MAY - OCT 2025)
Alconbury Weald Water Savers
Encouraging residents of the Urban & Civic community Alconbury Weald to reduce their PCC to 90lpd by using a simple water saving calculator to illustrate how small changes can lead to big £££ savings.
Strategy
We worked with Urban & Civic to empower residents from the Alconbury Weald development to save water and money by making small water-saving changes to their hot water habits and illustrating the personal impact of those changes.
We created an easy-to-use water savers calculator, embedded on the development’s website, a simple widget with sliders that illustrated how small changes to 3 x hot water behaviours (showers, laundry, dishes) in the home will reduce water and save money on energy bills.
This was supported by a CRM email journey to reinforce actions and build sustained habits.
